The Broker - What It Is
TabTrade.com opened in Q1 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the FMA-regulated broker.
That last detail matters. It suggests the founder knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. But preferable to a founder with no industry background.
The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure banks and hedge funds use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade did the opposite. Interesting choice.
The instrument list: forex, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a platform that launched in March 2026, that coverage is broad.
What You Trade On
You get: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both platforms from the same login. Many pick one platform. Access to both is useful. Pick what suits your style.
MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you know a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. A lot of traders find it more natural once they try it.
FIX API is there for algo traders but needs the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is said to be on the roadmap. That would round things out when it lands.
What You Pay
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Works for beginners.
Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. This broker requires zero deposit.
VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not for most retail traders. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.
How Fast Are the Fills
This is where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. The average platform quote a much wider range.
Does this affect you? If you scalp, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, it matters less. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Combine that infrastructure with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the overall offering is strong. Hardly anyone at this price point have infrastructure at this level.
The FSRA Question
Here is the detail you need to be straight about. Tab Trade is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. There are FCA-regulated options out there.
However. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Scam brokers do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. That does not replace tier-1 regulation. It should factor into how you think about it.
The deal: you trade regulatory safety. For that: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that works depends on you.
The Bonus
Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before funding.
Everything in one place, with regulation, withdrawals, pricing, and the bonus click here terms, is at TradeTheDay.
